Proponents of her case have been working to make the actual transcript of this statement available online.  A report in Dawn, a Pakistan-based media outlet, said on Monday that the protest had taken place outside Brookfield Plaza in North Virginia.  At the time, protesters chanted slogans, saying Imran would return stronger.

Imran Khan lost his post of Prime Minister in a no-confidence vote in the lower house of Pakistan's lower house of parliament on Saturday night.  Imran and his party leaders are blaming the United States for this.  Washington has been accused of plotting to oust Imran out of anger over the Russia-Ukraine war.

Protesters in Virginia chanted slogans calling the no-confidence vote against Imran "unacceptable."  At that moment, a journalist who had come to cover the event asked the protesters, "What is unacceptable?"  In response, one of them said that this sudden change is unacceptable.  Through this, Pakistan will once again become a country of corruption and nepotism.

PTI supporters spontaneously took part in the protest with party flags.  But seeing their condition, it seemed that they could not say anything about what to do.  Besides, they did not have any posters, banners or placards.  Only their faces showed anger and frustration.

PTI supporter and local shopkeeper Khalid Tanvir came there at the beginning of the protest.  He said the Supreme Court had taken the wrong step to remove Imran.  Not only that, the opposition alliance working against Imran has also made a mistake.

Johnny Bashir, head of the local PTI, said there was no doubt that Imran would return to power with a new, more organized team.  There will be no fear or retreat in that team.
